Return FAQS

Although we do not accept returns, we strive to keep our customers happy & can review issues on a case-by-case basis. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  If there are any issues upon arrival of your items or if you are not satisfied with your order, please email us at info.queensjewelry.shop@gmail.com within 7 days of arrival & we will get back to you ASAP.

 

WHAT CAN I RETURN?

Decisions take time – and we’re happy to accept returns if you’ve changed your mind. However, please note there are a couple of rules. We are only able to accept returns on items - including earrings - if they are sent back unworn and in their original packaging.

We accept returns within 30 days.

CAN I CHANGE/ CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE PLACED?

Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any changes or cancel your orders. You can return your order once you have received it.

FAULTY ITEMS

We sincerely apologize if you have experienced any fault with your jewelry.

Our customer service team would be happy to assist - Please contact us before returning your item to us, so that our team can advise you of next steps and time frames for a refund or replacement item.

RECEIVING YOUR REFUND

 

 

We aim to process all returned orders within 14 working days. However in some cases, due to the current global situation this time frame may be extended to 30 working days. All refunds will be credited to the original credit card.

Please note shipping costs are not refundable.
